1. What Data We Process

Boostra processes only the data necessary to provide audit and automation services. This data includes:

  • Store and campaign performance data from WooCommerce, Meta, and Google Analytics.
  • Account identification data (e.g., API tokens, account IDs).
  • Chat content and generated reports.

2. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of data processing is to generate audit reports, perform store health checks, and provide recommendations or automated improvements for the user's store and marketing activities.

3. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the following legal bases:

(a) the user's consent to connect and analyze data from external sources (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and

(b) The necessity to perform the service agreement between the user and Boostra (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data processing is limited to the scope required to deliver audit reports, recommendations, and related services.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored as long as the user maintains an active Boostra account. When an account is deleted or becomes inactive, related data is removed after a 90 day period.

5. Data Sharing

Boostra does not share user data with third parties unless required by law, with explicit user consent, or required by third party providers (e.g. hosting or analytics services) (sub-processors) to deliver pilot features, provided they operate under contracts that ensure GDPR compliance. External APIs (e.g. Meta, WooCommerce, Google) are used solely for data access under user authorization.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data. Requests concerning these rights can be sent to kontakt@boostra.pl.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Boostra uses cookies only for authentication and technical session management. No marketing or tracking cookies are used without user consent.

8. Security

Boostra implements technical and organizational measures to ensure data confidentiality. These measures include encrypted connections and limited access based on user roles.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on www.boostra.pl.
