AI Transparency Notice

1. Purpose of this document
This document explains the use of AI technologies within the Boostra Platform, ensuring transparency in accordance with applicable law, in particular the EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act).
2. Use of artificial intelligence
The Platform supports businesses through the analysis of business data, sales and marketing analysis, problem identification, generation of recommendations, report creation, process automation, and monitoring of key metrics. The AI system plays a supporting role and does not replace human judgment.
3. AI-generated content
Recommendations, reports, summaries, analyses, forecasts, action plans, and optimization suggestions may be generated by AI. The User should always verify AI-generated content before relying on it.
4. Human oversight
Boostra does not make autonomous legal, financial, tax, accounting, HR, or business decisions. Ultimate responsibility for any action remains with the User.
5. Limitations of AI systems
AI systems may make errors and produce incomplete responses. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recommendation generated by AI.
6. Automations
The Platform integrates with WooCommerce, Shopify, Shoper, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other systems. The User is responsible for monitoring the automated actions that are performed.
7. Data and AI models
Boostra does not train its own models without the Client's explicit consent, and applies measures intended to limit the use of Client data for training providers' models.
8. AI technology providers
The Platform uses solutions from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and other providers. This list may change.
9. Prohibited uses
The User may not use the Platform for discrimination, infringement of rights, automated credit decisions, or any actions that are contrary to the AI Act.
