Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services and Agreement
Boostra Sp. z o.o., based in Wroclaw, provides platform services that are the operating layer for e-commerce. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Services include: management panel, AI tools, e-commerce platform integrations.
2. Access and Account Management
Users gain access to the platform after registration and email verification. Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared without the operator's consent.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. Prohibited: using the platform for illegal purposes, attempting to circumvent security measures, distributing harmful content.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Boostra platform, including source code, design, content and trademarks, belong to Boostra Sp. z o.o. Users receive a license to use the platform as defined by the agreement.
5. Data Processing and Storage
User data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Store data connected to the platform is stored on servers in the European Union. Boostra uses encryption and regular backups.
6. Financial Terms and Subscriptions
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no card required. After it ends, the prices from the current pricing apply; we always notify you before any charge. Payments are handled by an external payment service provider.
7. Termination and Enforcement
Users may cancel their services and delete their account at any time. The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of Terms violation. After account deletion, data is stored for 90 days.
8. Liability and Risk
Boostra is not liable for: service interruptions caused by force majeure, losses resulting from decisions based on AI recommendations, issues arising from integrations with external platforms. The platform is provided "as is".
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein. The competent court is located at the operator's registered office. The operator reserves the right to modify Terms with 14 days' notice. Contact: kontakt@boostra.pl.
