1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Below we describe which files we use on the website www.boostra.pl and in the Application panel, for what purpose, and how you can manage your choices. We also treat pixels, tags, local browser storage, and device identifiers as similar technologies.
2. Categories of Files and the Basis for Their Use
Storing information on your device and accessing information already stored there require your prior consent, except for what is necessary to provide the service you request. This follows from the provisions of the Electronic Communications Law. If, as a result of reading data from your device, we process personal data, we additionally apply the principles described in the Privacy Policy.

3. List of Files and Tools Used
The table below covers the files and tools used on the website www.boostra.pl and in the Application panel, together with tools planned for implementation. The Status column indicates which of them are already active. The list was prepared on the basis of the list of providers provided by Boostra on 15 September 2026, and the retention periods indicated are the default periods of their providers. Analytical and marketing tools may only operate after the implementation of the consent mechanism described in point 4. Once it is implemented, we will supplement the table with the actual file names and the actual retention periods, read from the tool's configuration.

A separate matter concerns advertising and analytics accounts that the Service Recipient connects to the Application, for example Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Analytics 4 operating in their own Store. These are not files saved on your device by Boostra, and this Policy does not apply to them. The rules for processing data collected from these accounts are described in the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement.
4. How You Give and Withdraw Consent
On your first visit, we display a banner where you can accept all files, reject all except the necessary ones, or select categories yourself. Until you make your choice, we do not activate any files other than the necessary ones.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to kontakt@boostra.pl. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of readouts performed before the withdrawal.
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings, including deleting and blocking them. Blocking necessary files may prevent you from using the Application.
5. Data Recipients and Transfers Outside the EEA
The providers of analytical and marketing tools listed in point 3 may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. The basis for the transfer and the rules of processing on their part are set out in their own documents. The categories of recipients and the bases for transfer are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Your Rights
With regard to personal data processed as a result of reading information from your device, you have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 7. Changes to the Cookie Policy
We may update this Policy, in particular after implementing new tools. The current version, together with the effective date, is published on the Application's website.
