We process personal data that users voluntarily provide when using the Boostra service, including: name, email address, company data, platform usage data, and technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system).
2. Processing Purpose
We process data for: providing Boostra platform services, communicating with users, improving our services, sending newsletters (with consent), fulfilling legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis
Data processing is based on: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), necessity for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill processing purposes. After account deletion, data is stored for 90 days for archival purposes, then permanently deleted.
5. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with trusted technology partners for service delivery (hosting, analytics, marketing). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. User Rights
